HOW DO I WATCH THE LIVESTREAM?

A: There are two ways to watch.

 

1) View the STREAM LIVE. Those who have purchased a ticket have access to watch the purchased Event Live Streamed in real time. The LIVE STREAM teams are available throughout the event days beginning Friday, February 10th through Monday, February 13th, 2017.

 

2) You can also watch the presentations after the event has been broadcast. These are referred to as - VOD “Video on Demand” and are available to the ticket purchaser for up to 90 days following the event. To view the Video on Demand, wait approximately 48 hours after the live stream of the particular event has concluded. The video will be available for the ticketed event will be available for you to watch at your convenience on streamingforthesoul.com.

 

WHAT DO I DO FIRST?

First, you need to register online and purchase an individual presentation or combination pass.

Second, you will receive an email with the corresponding Access Code

Third, go to the website streamingforthesoul.com, Go to the Conscious Life Expo, enter the code and that’s it. The   ticketed event will show up on your video player.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN'T ATTEND THE LIVE STREAM?

A: No Worries, to enjoy a presentation for which you have purchased a pass but didn’t watch Live, you will have unlimited access to the video recording VOD for up to 90 days. Please note, the video recording is available for you to watch at your convenience approximately 2- 4 hours after the original presentation at the Expo.

 

WHAT IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD OR

MY PASSWORD DOES NOT WORK?

 

Log in to streamingforthesoul.com using your email address and then click the “Forgot my password”  link. You will receive an email that allows you to reset your password.

 

HOW DOES THE LIVE STREAM PROCESS WORK?

Special Cameras, Computer Servers and Software Platforms allow the sophisticated Live Stream production process to take place and broadcast around the world

 

After a purchase is made, Check Your Email Inbox. You will be emailed specific log in credentials. Check your Spam Folder or Junk Mail if you don’t receive this communication immediately after your purchase.

 

At the streamingforthesoul.com. website you will be prompted for a password. Once you login using your password you will have access to the “player box” that broadcasts the Stream.

 

Your Email and Login also gives you access to the video recording 2 to 4 hours after the live broadcast and will be available in the Video Library for 60 days after the event

 

Your access to the ‘player’ also includes a chat feature. This allows you to chat with other viewers during the stream and makes for a wonderful engaging experience.  To log in to the chat so you have a screen name, click on the 3 horizontal lines in the upper right corner of the chat box, then click on the button that reads: “Log in as Guest”, and enter your screen name.   This name will appear on your chat posts.   Often this community feature is reported as being the best part of participating in a live streaming event.

 

I BOUGHT MY TICKETS EARLY WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

IF I PURCHASE A LIVE STREAMING TICKET AND AM UNABLE TO VIEW THE STREAM CAN I CANCEL?

Yes, you may cancel as long as you cancel 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of the stream you are cancelling.   But please remember, if you've purchased a ticket for the stream, it entitles you to watch the VOD (Video on Demand) of that stream, so even if you can't watch the stream live, you can still see the session you purchased, in its entirety, as a VOD.  All VODs are unedited recordings of the live stream.

 

WHAT TYPE OF DEVICE CAN I WATCH THE LIVE STREAM EVENT ON?

WHAT KIND OF BROWSER SHOULD I USE?

A: Firefox and Safari seem to be the best browsers for this type of live streaming broadcast. Internet Explorer and Google Chrome have produced mixed results. Another element that can affect the quality of your stream is the version of the browser you’re using. More current versions are generally better.

 

DO I NEED ANY SPECIAL SOFTWARE OF DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD ANY PROGRAMS TO THIS LIVESTREAM?

 You must have Adobe Flash installed and it is recommended that you use the latest version available.

 

CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS USING PAYPAL?

YES YOU CAN ALSO USE VISA, MC, DISCOVER AND AMEX

 

IF I AM UNABLE TO VIEW THE LIVE STREAM, MAY I GET A REFUND?

Credits or refunds will be issued if it is determined there is a malfunction sending out the stream. StreamingForTheSoul.com or CLE is NOT responsible for user end issues, i.e., the failure of your local server, personal computer problems, logging on at the wrong time, etc. If there is a malfunction sending out the stream from our end we will notify everyone via the chat box. This has never happened in 12 years of Live Streaming. If this were to occur we would reimburse the unused portion of the ticket or offer credits or free streams to make up for the lost stream.

 

Please consider all tickets as you would for any live event, for example a concert, seminar, or theatrical event – they typically don't refund you if you purchase the ticket and then don't show up.   And follow the suggestions above testing your connection first.   We recommend logging well in advance of the event to make sure the tickets you purchased are assigned to your account and that you have an updated browser and version of Flash, and you have sufficient Internet speed to view the stream.
